The Semiconductor & Microsystems Fabrication Laboratory is located in
RIT's Kate Gleason College of Engineering
The SMFL is host to many RIT undergraduate and graduate classes
as well as meeting the needs of both internal and external researchers.

News & Announcements
Thansgiving Lab Shutdown
The SMFL will be closed from Monday 11/23/09 and reopen on Monday November 30th.
We are having work done on the exhaust scrubber so for safety reasons, we can not allow users in the lab.
